Two Giant Linux distribution to release new versions for the desktop users
As we know Linux Distribution Fedora (from Red Hat family) and Ubuntu (from Debin family) are being widely adapted by lots of Desktop and Server users. Ubuntu became very popular in Desktop users and Fedora to both Server and Desktop users. Both distributions became popular because of their ease of use and functionality. Very soon Ubuntu’s new final version 8.04 (AKA Hardy Heron) and Fedora’s new final version 9 will be released.
Let’s take a look into the new features of both of these new releases:

Huh.. Can’t wait to check them out.. I will also like to check out Suse Enterprise Desktop. I will love to see an article comparing features and performance of these three.

Ubuntu 8.04 LTS will the first distribution to bring Firefox 3 to millions of users.
The new default movie player will allow users to browse YouTube and other video sources across the web and to share your video with others.

It’s good to know that ubunto can be installed under windows… and fedora will extends its mobile mobile broadband facility…

I must mention one thing, that the above feature list is not a product comparison. The products did not arrive to compare. It’s just a promotional feature list given on the manufacturer’s website.
