		<description>I've built application using CI and CakePHP.  If you download a few "addons" for CI, you can emulate bake from cake and other functionality.  I haven't seen an decrease (rather the opposite) in developing with Cake.  This is with a team of 15 programmers who use an in house framework for proprietary apps, then CI or CakePHP for client applications.</description>
