Attribute for `<BASE ...>`
`HREF = "URL"`

HREF gives the URL which the browser should pretend is the URL of the current page. <BASE HREF="..."> has the same syntax as <A HREF="...">, except that, of course, <BASE HREF="..."> should point only to web pages, not email addresses or other resources. Copyright 1997-2002 Idocs Inc.
