Vista delay may hurt PC sales

Buy a PC sooner -- or later? That's the question facing consumers this year. Last week, Microsoft announced that it won't begin selling its much-anticipated new operating system, Windows Vista, to consumers until early next year. Vista previously was expected in the second half of 2005.
