STMicroelectronics , a worldwide leader in Serial Flash, today introduced the new 8-Mbit M25PE80 Serial Flash memory for increased network management capabilities. The Serial Flash also provides designers of chipset-based systems that use the IntelÂ® 945 Express with a BIOS solution that supports advanced capabilities and increased functionality in laptops, desktop PCs, as well as servers.
