PC Mall Completes SARCOM Buy

Torrance-based PC Mall has completed its acquisition of SARCOM, a provider of IT Solutions, the company announced Monday afternoon. PC Mall paid $55M in a combination of cash and stock for SARCOM, which provides enterprise hardware and software, along with services. SARCOM is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio.
