PEAR_ChannelFile::validChannelServer()

PEAR_ChannelFile::validChannelServer() -- Test whether a string contains a valid channel server.

Synopsis

require_once '/ChannelFile.php';

bool PEAR_ChannelFile::validChannelServer (string $server)

determines whether a channel server is a valid servername.

string $server: Server name. May contain subpaths as in foo.example.com/path/to/channel

throws no exceptions thrown

This function can be called statically.
