PEAR_Common::mkTempDir()

PEAR_Common::mkTempDir() -- Create and register a temporary directory.

Synopsis

require_once 'PEAR/common.php';

string PEAR_Common::mkTempDir (string [$tmpdir = ''])

Description

Create and register a temporary directory.

Parameter

string $tmpdir

Directory to use as tmpdir. Will use system defaults (for example /tmp or c:\windows\temp) if not specified.

Return value

string name of created directory

Note

This function can not be called statically.
