Every router is a little different. You'll have to login to your router through a web page, the address is usually http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.1.1
You'll have to look through the menus for the encryption settings, the key is usually in plain text there.
If you can't get into the router (passworded) you'll have to reset it (google instructions for your model of router).
