Hi, I would like to start using affiliates to help me promote my business. In particular to promote a new product that I have created but I am totally clueless about how to get an affiliate program up and running. I have googled around and found a few resources but all of them make themselves sound great so how to choose or even know if these affiliate program scripts and services are good.
I have decided that I would like to run my own affiliate program so I'm looking for more of a PHP affiliate program script but one that works well for digital products. Can someone please suggest to me which script to use but only if you have experience using the script.
Whichever solution it is it must be easy to use and easy to scale in case that my product does as well as planned and to be able to add new products in the future. It should also give me the ability to add creatives such as email marketing, text ads and banners ads for the affiliates to choose from. All round it should be a complete affiliate program solution.
I'm trying to get this affiliate program up and running solid the first time so any help is appreciated.

Affiliate programs can be a bit tedious to get going at times as there are many options to choose from.
Since you are looking to run your affiliate program yourself one of the first questions that comes to mind is which language you would like the software to be in.
