I am an English teacher and I want students to write 100 words (in English and also in Arabic) - not 99 and not 101 words.
I would like a word count to be available so that the students can see how many words they have written but it would not let them submit their work to a database until they write exactly 100 words - the word count feature should follow the rules exactly specified by Microsoft Word and similar programs so that if needs be they could work on 'Word' and copy and paste their 100 words to the electronic form and then submit.
Note I would also like to be able to specify the number of words that this form would allow - so that I could set it to 50 words, 100 words, 150 words and so on up to say 5,000 words.
Please can you help me with this -I am not sure what to use Joomla - Wordpress etc and would like some guidance on which might be the best platform for this.
