How to add several points to google map?

I was creating a user query system that adds several points of interest(like Schools, hospitals, etc.)to Google Maps; however, only one type of point(like only schools) gets displayed, even if user wants to select more of them.

I was wondering if anyone knows whats wrong with my approach.
