fipsCMS
fipsCMS is Windows compatible. It is an easy to use CMS for smaller and midsized dynamic Websites. You can add as many Categories/Themes with Subcategories as you want. Included is also a search module which searches all through the database and lists the found pages with links to them. There's a News page too where visitors can see which pages have been added or changed and when that happened. Another Module lists all Pages from the database in a hierarchical mode. This is the Sitemap Module. Also there is a Guestbook Module.
