Power Mailing List is a great mailing list manager for any site, large or small. It works by users entering their email address in a form, then the script writes it to the database file. When you want to send email to one or all the addresses in your list, you go to the admin control panel, you click on Send Mail in the top navbar, and you fill the from provided and then submit and the email is sent. Users can also delete their address from the list when ever they feel like it. The admin area will also let you manage members.
