Ep-Dev Whois

This whois script will do a couple of things. It will act as an ordinary whois script, returning whois information on many domains. It will also act as a whois script for registrars who plan on the user registering the domain they are checking for availability. It includes prices that can be set, additional searches on alternative domains if the one being check isn't available, a price table, and the ability to pass the full domain and / or extension (tld) to another script. The entire look of the whois script can be easily edited by modifying the templates/template.php file. Finally, any TLD can be added to this script in the config.php as long as it has a whois server.



One of the main goals of this script was to create both a user-friendly and programmer-friendly script. That is to say, create a script that could be used by novice webmasters as well as a script that would provide the customization and power that advanced webmasters require.
