x-stat features

Overview

x-stat is a web site traffic analysis software, written in the flexible languange
PHP. x-stat is fully configurable and can run with or without server log files
of any format, on any web server (IIS, Apache, etc.) with PHP installed, it
does not require any external databases (MySQL, msSQL etc.).




x-stat saves information in two ways, a detailed log wich contains detailed
information about your site traffic, and a monthly log, wich contains some information
for each month of the year. This is generated each time the main log reaches
a maximum size. The monthly log files are wery small, and does not require disk
space at all (almost). This makes x-stat the perfect solution for any sites
witch require in-depth stats for a relatively small period back in time (4-6
weeks, more if you want), but want to keep an montly archive with not so detailed
information.

Many detailed reports giving you information like when, from where and how people
visit your site.




Detailed search engine report

A detailed seacrh engine reoport gives you an overview of wich search engines
that are used to find your site, and what keywords are used.



PDF report generation

All reports can be generated in PDF format if you want to publish your result.




Userfriendly and password protected interface

A nice and clean user interface gives you easy access to your reports.




Montly archiving

When the main log reaches a user-defined max file size, it will add some information
to the monthly log.

The following information is stored in the monthly log:

• Total pageviews


• Total visitors


• Top 5 referring URLs


• Top 5 referring search eninges


• The top 5 most used keywords
