Diversedev's Tech Support System is multi-platform compatible. DDTSS is a ticket-based support system. When a customer requires technical assistance, they fill out a ticket which is then routed to the most appropriate tech (there a is a formula which calculates the most appropriate tech which factors in load, on/off duty, etc). Techs have a powerful backend which allows them to view ticket queues, respond, reopen and close tickets. www.izoweb.com is a client currently using this script.
