Player is a Windows compatible PHP example of how to add an audio recorder / player to PHP. FreedomAudio supports high-fidelity audio recording from a systems default audio input device (line-in or mic-in). Instead of writing audio data to local disk storage, FreedomAudio is designed to send the audio data to a remote server. This facilitates the remote publishing of audio to multi-media Web sites.
