Rapid Chat is chat Software. It is a unique chat system with some unique fun features found in no other software. One of the biggest benefits of Rapid Chat, it is totally flexible in many areas such as configuration, themes and user images. You are able to design a totally unique chat with your own theme with your choice of images and backgrounds.

Rapid Chat is a CGI Based Chat written in Perl and Javascript. Rapid Chat does not require a chat server to be running in the background, hence using up less system resources. Rapid Chat will run on any Unix based operating system which has perl installed on it.

Automatic System Maintenance

Chat will purge users file on daily basis, no need for cronjobs (Expire Old users)

Chat will delete messages in chat rooms, when the Max_Messages parameter has been reached

Chat will create last callers file on daily basis, so you only have the days callers
