Contact Us Script

A contact page for you to use with your site, it records the user's ip, email, comments, user agent, broswer, os system, and the url referer. It also lets them know if they have forgotton to fill in a feild and dosnt send the email till they go back and do.
Uses php and javascript.

Features:

• Hides your email address - which means NO MORE SPAM
