This script handles errors: 400(bad request), 401(unauthorized),
403(access forbidden), 404(page not found), 500(internal server error),
502(bad gateway), 504(gateway timeout). Is verry easy to setup and is good
looking, in only ONE file. Requires: PHP and access to: .htaccess
