JustQuick PopUp is Windows compatible. A simple javascript (JQPopUp.js) combined with a style sheet (JQPopUp.css). You can edit the stylesheet to personalize your popup messages. Download here and copy them to the same directory as the HTML-file where you want your popup messages to appear. It works with IE5.5+. Just try the examples to see how it works! !
