Steve's Survey Script is a Windows compatible script that accommodates unlimited surveys (as many files as you can have in a directory) and allow public users to view results of closed surveys. This script has anti-hammer mechanisms to help prevent people from answering multiple times. Is easy to install, has centralized configuration settings and a password protected administration utility.
