Linkman
Linkman is a free link management script written in the PERL language. It keeps links in sync on all of your pages, without you having to edit every page any time you change a link. This script is also good for keeping your entire design in sync, and even banners, text and much more. You can even randomize content too, making Linkman even more usefull! Best of all the script is under 10 kilobytes and uses very little resources.
