autoresponse multi-platform compatible. Create an unlimited amount of forms using only your web broswer. Add as many fields as you want, radio buttons, checkboxes, text fields, textareas, and any other form elements you need. The form can be set to send an autoresponse to the submitter and a receipt to the administrator. The results are stored in a text file so they can be viewed at a later date. The forms can be called into an existing page using SSI or JavaScript include calls, the links and code are provided for you.
