Changing Pages is an open source web content management and manipulation application that allows updates to web sites to be made without the need of FTP or knowledge of HTML. Changing Pages incorporates a multiple user account tiered Security Manager system and such extensions as multiple content views and discrete/hierarchical article archiving.
