Visitors sign up, choose a username, pay thru authorize.net and get a web address such as http://secret.to/username, This also comes with a password protected administrative panel to keep track of whats going on in your system. If you like from here, you can add password protection to the users directories or possibly even FTP login for them. The ideas are endless.
