Stocks Table Applet

Stocks Table Applet is Unix compatible. Stocks Table Applet presents at-a-glance overview of stock market action. With a multi-column grouping of symbols, you can let your visitors monitor real-time values for a large number of stocks. The field displayed can be selected by a simple click from three choices, whenever user wants. Main feature of this applet is the large versatility: by setting HTML applet parameters you change sizes, fonts, colors etc to reach whatever look and functionality you want. Features list: - real-time permanent connection: the applet gets the quotes values from a data feed located on your server. The connection is permanent, so users don't miss any values. Also, the applet auto-connects if connection is lost. - customizable symbols: you can set any number of stocks that feed can provide. You can set how many symbol columns to have, the applet determines itself the number of rows required for it. - customizable colors & fonts: you can set fonts and colors for both name and value fields; you can also set colors for cells, header, grid; - trand color effects & icons: you can set colors to mark stock trends; also you can show/hide icons columns; there are possible two trends: 1. day-trend: current value vs. yesterday close; this is visually marked by trend icon and foreground color; 2. live-trend: current value vs. previous value; this is marked by temporar 'blink' (color change for cell), after this the cell returns to normal colors (day-trend colors) - pop-up menu / javascript integration: right click on a symbol would trigger a call to a javascript method and send symbol parameter and menu that was clicked;
