Cgi- buffer
Cgi- buffer is a multi-platform compatible program that automatically handles performance-improving HTTP features that most Web servers don't implement .Scripts include HTTP/1.0-style persistent connections, Tag generation and validation. Gzip Content Compression using Content-Encoding. it only requires a one-line include in your script. cgi_buffer stores the entire response to enable its features; this interferes with these (very rare) applications.
