Frames are hated by many. If you ask in a forum how to do something with frames, at least some will say you should abandon the whole idea entirely, and use tables, layers, or CSS-P (style sheet positioning), and maybe PHP instead. For dynamically created content, they are probably right. If your content is static on the other hand, you can use frames without too many problems.
