Developing Scalable Series 40 Applications (Addison-Wesley and Nokia, 2004), by Michael Yuan and Kevin Sharp, is a book on how to develop and optimize J2ME applications for the Nokia Series 40 devices. It covers the characteristics of Series 40 devices and techniques to scale the application for other Nokia devices.
