A New Strategy of Language Pack Management for Wireless Apps

In Summary

We have described a method that utilizes OSGi to realize dynamic LP loading for wireless applications and provide a reference implementation on the Service Management Framework. This method is effective for those wireless applications that demand multiple-language globalization support and with language packs of considerable size.
