The State of Minnesota recently rolled out a new browser-based Minnesota Courts Information System (MNCIS) to replace an older mainframe system. This new data-rich information system interconnects 87 county courthouses for efficient access to consolidated information. Thanks to Citrix NetScaler, the State was able to reduce bandwidth requirements by 80% and saved millions of dollars in network upgrades.
